About the event
Join us for a women's group geared toward safe expression of self-empowerment and sexual liberation through chakra healing and intuitive dance. Goddess Dance will be led through chakra-based somatic healing dance movements that are intuitively guided by my ancestral magic and mystical practices. Expect a mixture of functional fitness, stretch, and shamanic breathwork alongside reiki, chi healing, and light language for an intuitively led and invigorating rebirth of your mind-body-spirit work. This class will add a little fire to your weekly spiritual practice that will awaken your sacral chakra and guide you toward self-healing practices of your own. Each class will end with a group discussion for healing, growth, and a supported women's community.
